Managing It Right LLC – Raffle Drawing Terms and Conditions
By scanning the QR code and submitting your entry, you (“Entrant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility
This raffle is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Managing It Right LLC or its affiliates are not eligible to enter. - How to Enter
Entrants must scan the QR code and complete the online entry form during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. - Prize
One (1) winner will be selected at the end of each day during the following trade shows:
• Southeast Building Conference on July 24 and July 25, 2025, and
• Sunbelt Builders Show on July 29 and July 30, 2025
for a total of four (4) separate prize giveaways. Entries are cumulative, meaning entries received on earlier days will continue to be included in future daily drawings. For example, individuals who enter on July 24 will be eligible for both the July 24 and July 25 drawings. Each winner will receive a complimentary one-year subscription to Managing It Right’s construction management software (Essential plan). Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Additional services, upgrades, or customizations are not included. - Winner Notification and Acceptance
Drawings will be conducted at the conclusion of each show day. The selected winner will be notified by email, phone, or text message shortly after the end of that day’s event. It will also be announced on all of Managing It Right’s social media accounts. All other entrants who did not win that day will be notified by email that a winner has been selected. The selected winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, Managing It Right LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. - Prize Redemption Process
Each winner will sign up for a Managing It Right subscription like any other subscriber, including submitting a valid credit card. A unique coupon code will be provided, granting 12 months of free access to the software. If the subscription is canceled before the end of the 12-month period, no charges will be made. However, any back-office support services requested after the first 30 days will be billed using the credit card on file, according to Managing It Right’s standard rates. - Consent to Use of Personal Data, Image & Likeness
By entering this raffle, you grant Managing It Right LLC and its affiliates the right to collect and use your name, image, likeness, and submitted contact information for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes in any media format without additional compensation, notification, or approval, unless prohibited by law. - Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Managing It Right LLC may use their name, company name, city/state of residence, photograph, and statements about the prize in promotional materials including, but not limited to, social media, website content, and email marketing campaigns, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. - General Conditions
Managing It Right LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the raffle will result in disqualification. - Limitation of Liability
By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless Managing It Right LLC and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages resulting from participation in this raffle or the acceptance or use of any prize. - Void Where Prohibited
This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited or restricted by law. - Privacy
All personal information submitted will be used in accordance with Managing It Right LLC’s Privacy Policy, available at:
