Managing It Right offers 15 different reports, including estimates, option frequency, design frequency, variance cost, warranty cost, job worksheets, spend reports, vendor payments, PO edits, job report cards, vendor price comparisons, and job comparisons. Each report provides specific insights into various aspects of project management.

How do I compare vendor pricing using the Vendor Price Comparison report?

To compare vendor pricing, select two vendors and the items you want to compare, then click “Load Vendor Price Comparison.” The system will display a side-by-side comparison of each vendor’s pricing. You can also export this report into a spreadsheet for further analysis.

How do I find the status of a vendor invoice?

How can I update vendor pricing in the estimates report?

Once an estimate is back from a vendor, you can update the vendor pricing by selecting the bid and clicking “show.” This allows you to keep your pricing data current and accurate.

Yes, the Job Comparison report allows you to compare expenses by type (e.g., PO expenses, pre-construction expenses, non-PO expenses, loan payments) between two jobs. Select the division and jobs to compare, then click “search” to see a side-by-side comparison. This report can also be exported into a spreadsheet.
