What is MIR Drive and how does it benefit my business?

MIR Drive is a cloud-based hub designed to centralize all your company’s documents and photos, making it easy to organize, store, and share files securely. It enhances teamwork, improves project workflows, and ensures that everyone in your team has instant access to the resources they need.

How do I upload files to the MIR Drive?

To upload files, click the “Upload” button, drag and drop files, or click “Browse” to select files from your computer. Once you’ve chosen your files, click the red “Upload” button to complete the process.

How do I manage access and permissions for files and folders?

To share files, click the arrow button next to the file or folder you wish to share. You can select a group from the dropdown menu or type and select specific system users. You can also adjust permissions such as delete, download, or upload for each user or group.

How much storage do I start with, and can I expand it?

Each account starts with one gigabyte of storage. You can expand your storage as your needs grow by navigating to “My Subscriptions” under your profile and selecting additional storage options.

Can I share files with people outside of my organization?

Yes, you can share files with external users by clicking “External Users,” typing their email address, and hitting enter. You can share a link or copy the reference UID for use in the Managing It Right software.

What security measures are in place to protect my files?

MIR Drive offers robust security measures, including two-factor authentication. When enabled, you’ll need to follow the provided instructions to gain access each time, ensuring that your files are protected from unauthorized access.
