Terms and Conditions for Managing It Right LLC‘s Instagram Giveaway Contest as of August 21, 2023

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1.    Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

•    Reside in United States

•    Are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry

•    Are not employees of Managing It Right LLC or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households

2.    Agreement to Rules: By participating, the participant agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and participant represent sand warrants that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Managing It Right LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

3.    Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Instagram. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

4.    Duration: The giveaway contest starts on Monday, August 21 and ends on Sunday, August 27 at 11:59 PM EST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.

5.    Prize: The winner will receive One (1) Digital Amazon Giftware in the amount of $250 USD. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Managing It Right LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.

6.    Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within 2 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

7.    Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Managing It Right LLC to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

8.    Liability: Managing It Right LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Managing It Right LLC and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9.    Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United States and North Carolina.

10.    Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

11.    Modification: Managing It Right LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Managing It Right LLC also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by Managing It Right LLC.
